Purpose of processing
We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, provide information about the Ve Vilách Nymburk project, arrange a viewing, and communicate in relation to a potential plot reservation or sale.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you grant by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller to conduct pre-contractual communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Scope of processed data
We process your name, email, phone number, optionally a plot number and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. After this period, the data is deleted, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires longer retention.
Third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use processors for the operation of the website (hosting, email), who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Your rights
