Each plot will have water, gravity sewerage, electricity, gas and fibre optic data connection brought to its boundary; the infrastructure also includes public roads. Construction started in July 2026 and will be finished by the end of 2027. Connecting your own family house to the utilities is then handled by the plot owner as part of their construction project.

Get in touch via the contact form or by phone — we'll arrange an on-site visit or a consultation at our office. Your chosen plot is firmly reserved by a future purchase agreement with a 25% deposit; from signing, the plot is marked as reserved and its price is fixed for you. Once the roads and utilities are approved, the purchase agreement and land registry transfer follow. We prepare all the paperwork, so the process is straightforward for you as the buyer.

You can apply for the building permit for your family house once the project's infrastructure (roads and utilities) is completed and approved. Completion is planned by the end of 2027, so you can typically start preparing the project documentation and your building permit application during 2027.

Yes, the project has architectural regulations defining the basic parameters of the family houses (built-up area, height, roof shape, materials and more). You can find the full documentation in the Downloads section.

Yes. The plots are intended for individual construction — you are not tied to any particular builder or catalogue house. You design and build your house your way; it just needs to respect the building regulations.
